Helium balloon bouquets are delivered fully inflated and ready to enjoy

Floating time varies by balloon type:

• Bubble balloons: 6 to 8 hours
• Latex balloons: 6 to 12 hours
• Foil balloons: 1 to 5 days
  

Please note that floating time may vary depending on surrounding conditions such as temperature, humidity, and airflow.

To ensure the balloons last as long as possible, keep them away from direct sunlight, sharp edges, and extreme temperatures immediately upon receipt.

Helium Balloon Delivery Information

You can select your preferred delivery date and time slot at checkout.

Same-day delivery is available for Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, and Ras Al Khaimah for orders placed before 5 PM.

Next-day delivery applies to orders for Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Khor Fakkan, Hatta, and other remote areas.

Helium Balloon Guidelines

It is recommended to keep the balloons in a cool, air-conditioned environment away from humidity and high heat.

Do not leave the balloons inside a car for extended periods, especially during summer.

Avoid handling the balloons with wet hands or hands covered in oils or creams.

Helium Balloon Guarantee & Replacement Policy

If the balloons are damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or compensation depending on the situation.
