Backdrop Setup Information

All backdrops are assembled and finalized on-site at the event location by our professional team.

We typically require 2 to 5 hours for setup, and sometimes more depending on the size and complexity of the decoration.

Our team will contact you via WhatsApp to coordinate the best time for setup, confirm the location, and finalize all remaining details.

To ensure a seamless and stress-free experience, please place your order at least 2 to 5 days in advance.

Backdrop Delivery & Scheduling

Same-day delivery is available for small-sized backdrops in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, and Ras Al Khaimah.

For Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Khor Fakkan, and remote areas, please place your order at least 2 days in advance to allow time for proper coordination and setup.

Please note: Orders that are not placed in advance may be canceled if sufficient preparation time is not available.

Keep the backdrop and decor away from direct sunlight, high heat, sharp objects, and humidity to preserve their appearance and to prevent damage

If the event is held outdoors, ensure the decor is in a shaded and secure location to protect it from wind or extreme weather.

Do not attempt to move or adjust the backdrop after installation — contact our team if adjustments are needed.

Our team will come the following day to remove the balloons, backdrops, and all related decor items.

We guarantee that all backdrops and decor will be delivered and installed in excellent condition, as shown in the agreed design.

If any part of the decor is damaged or incomplete upon setup, our team will repair or replace it on-site whenever possible.
